I walk borrowers through every page of the loan package, check that each signature, initial and date is in place, and return the documents to the title or escrow company on time.

Same-day, evening and weekend appointments are available on request. For loan signings, I can scan documents back the same day and drop the package at FedEx or UPS right after we finish.

Florida deeds need two witnesses. I can bring them, so you don't have to find anyone yourself.
